The villa is situated in a residential area. It's for 10 persons. The villa is perfect for families or friends, with its barbecue space, its terrace facing the pool, its spacious veranda, its beautiful 1300 m2 garden with palm trees, pines and olive trees and a place to make the "siesta" in the hammock, its big private swimming pool to refresh in the Summer (the pool is open all the year). The villa has an area of 140 m2 in one level. It has 3 bedrooms (2 of them with air conditionner and all of them with fans), 2 sofa-beds in the living room (also with air conditionner) 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a room with washing machine in the back of the villa. You can use the solarium on the roof of the villa, to enjoy the sun, with a nice sea view. Wifi. We accept pets (extra cost).
Outside you have sunchairs around the pool, a bar to drink cocktails, a table and chairs to enjoy meals. You can park 2 cars inside the land. You have access to creeks 600 m. form the villa. You can have a bath or enjoy the sun. There are small stones, but sand in the water. The center of St Carles de la Rapita, shops and sand beaches are 5 min. by car (2,5 km). In our region, you can enjoy small creeks, sand beaches, wild beach of 25 km long, nature reserve of Delta del Ebro, with full of birds, flamingos and rice fields. For mountain lovers, there are a lot of walks with fantastic views to the sea.
Come and enjoy de Carnaval of Vinaros in February, Eastern, St Joan in June, St Carles de la Rapita fest end of July, different events in August, quiet moments and beautiful weather in September and October, and why not, stay in the winther time and enjoy a better climate than other places in Europe.
