FOR THE SAFETY OF THE OWNERS, CUSTOMERS AND STAFF, GRUPO ELIMARI HAVE IMPLEMENTED A PROTOCOL FOR THE PREVENTION, SECURITY AND HYGIENE FACED TO COVID-19 FOR THE TOURISTIC ACCOMMODATIONS
Action from the cleaning staff
- The cleaning staff will use no less than gloves and mask.
- The antibacterial products used are authorized and validated by Ministry of Health.
- The cleaning staff won’t offer any service in the accommodation, while the customer is inside, except in justified cause.
Action in the accommodation
- The accommodation will be ventilated during the cleaning.
- Apart the cleaning, all the touched surfaces will be disinfected after each stay.
- An analysis will be done to reduce the textile and decorative objects in each accommodation.
- All the bins in the bathrooms will have a cover, a bag and a manual open mechanism.
Action in the communal areas
- In all the communal areas (halls, lifts, parking’s, pools, gardens etc) both staff and customers will have to follow and apply the directives and recommendations from the current regulation (individual protection, security distance, capacity, schedule) to guaranty a safe and healthy environment for all the users.
Information to the customer
- Before their arrival, the customers will be informed about the established measurement prevention.
- An information document will be placed in each accommodation with the prevention measurement, as well as the rules to follow by the customer.
